Move your body and breath in honor of the "Lions Gate Portal" - the heliacal rising of the fixed star Sirius!

This three-hour online event will provide not only the historical, cultural, and astrological context for the "Lions Gate Portal," but also provide you with something to do about it: Kundalini Yoga! We are honored and blessed to have Danielle Washington lead us in Kundalini breathwork and yoga. 

Join us August 7th from 12 to 3 Pacific as we explore the connection between Ancient Africa and Ancient India, and how that translates to the contemporary Caribbean.
